I have ordered product on Alankrita website on June 2023 after 5month based on multiple follow ups delivered only Kurta. Post received the item though I have raised complaint regarding dupatta is missing. There is no response from Reshma end. I have been trying to connect with her and her team over WhatsApp there will be no response from her end. She is just cheating customers please stop these kind of people and website. Kindly provide justice and also take amount of my dupatta
