I bought an smart watch from your site on 15th August 21 which was described as Alpha One Smart watch compatible with iOS and Android phone on which call can be received or done, with a camera and step counter , Heart pulse monitor etc…
But today I received a call from a person stating that he is calling from Flipcart and cash on delivery product to be delivered if not taken today will be returned back. Actually the delivery was done by ECOM Express, which I noticed latter.
After delivery when we open the package after some time we found a damaged box of a dial mobile phone Same as Nokia 110 2001 model and contains a children’s wrist watch with a detached displays screen. Costing may be 40 to 50 Rs.
