Dear Sir
I Raju Proprietor of R.K. Interior had online booked a mobile phone through AMAZONE- Model SAMSUNG 31S ON 26TH October 2020 and delivery was made on 27th October 2020 by Amazone. But instead of getting original phone I have received only DUMMY of VIVO mobile phone. I have tried to contact at your customer care number on the same day of 27th octobeyour executive told me that your order will be replaced by 02nd november 2020. But after 02nd novermber they clearly denied to replace the same. I have also made payment of Rs. 20499 through my credit card . I want my payment back or the original mobile phone I have booked.
I humbly request you to kindly change this DUMMY or refund my payment immediatelt
