My name is Chetan Kharade, Residing at varadvinayak lane Virar -East, (pin code – 401305). I have been facing mobile network issues in my area and my home indoors from past 1 month. I have logged many complaints to the network provider (Airtel Black) on the Airtel Thanks app and also talked on with the Airtel customer care executive, but my issues is not been resolved. My Mother’s and Wife’s mobile network is also the same (Airtel) and we are facing same issues. i have excellent network connection in mumbai zone, as soon i come to my area especially my home. i barely open google page on my phone.
I request you to kindly please help me with my issue. i pay bill regularly and this what i get
