Text of Complaint by Sunish Kumar.C:

I had purchased one Samsung F41 mobile phone through Fliipkart “Smart upgrade plan” on June -2021,balance amount was Rs.4950 and the Due date is 15-06-2022.
I had cleared the dues on 07-06-2022 and a payment confirmation mail from your side was received( Transaction ID: EXTLINK12164511886833402000_5- Screenshot attached for your reference.).However yesterday 16-06-2022 4 pm my mobile phone is locked by your team.one Still the phone is locked, I am suffering a lot my official punching app installed in this mobile phone so I am unable to punch so i had lost 2 days wages, my official WhatsApp ,email apps are also installed in this phone. Due this issue I am unable to provide reports and updates on time.

My work place far way from my home due to this issue I am unable to make single call from my phone ,I am unable to contact my old parents too.

I request you to please help me, and grant compensation to me
