Sir i have ordered an laptop from flipkart. Now i am facing heating issues. So 1st i tried to replace it but their refund option is only displayed.So i concert with flipkart associated executive.He also say refund is possible not replacement. So i change my mind and collect an another card and ordered another laptop.Now when going to return it.it shows replacement in place of refund. Sir i am not capable to buy both laptops and i don’t need also. So sir please help me.Also i take concert with flipkart after getting replacement window. They also end the call between the conversation. Sir please help me.My last hope you are sir.
And sorry sir if my words have any type of mistake. Give a look on my problem sir.And please help me
