Hon’ble sir
On dated 16 September 2024 i have done a wrong account transaction of 16793.00 rupees on Utkarsh Bank Jodhpur savings A/c No. Is 1564017891798129 which IFSC code is UTKS0001564 Account holder name is Mr Somraj Bishnoi. Sir i am SBI Account holder Account No. Is 39768579029 And IFSC code is SBIN0018943 Transaction id is 426000996879
this wrong account transection done mistakenly by my child on this account i also registered a complaint on sbi customer team on same day 16 sept 2024 which case id is 505086273 is resolved on 20 September 2024 which charge to beneficiary bank refund to amount on 35 day as per NPCI rules but bank was not refunded this amount as per due date 25 October 2024. After then case no sbi case 538567680 is also pending on customer service of of sbi. So i complaint to this way to you plz help me to refund this amount which done by mistaken
Plz give me information and help me as well as soon as possible
