I used around 16000 rupees from Paytm postpaid last year. After 7 days when I was making the payment that time I saw they charged unnecessary things over there which was not informed by then. Then I stopped the payment that time and several time I mailed then and tried to know the reason for unnecessary charged. No one replied from there side.
Afterthat they I got many calls from recovery agent but no one unable give the reason. I mailed Aditya Birla as well still I am not received any kind of responses from them. Now they charged 26000 and called me to return. But again I asked that what is the ratio of interest you charged against 16000 . No one clarifying me but still harassing.
I need help. Please help me.
