I had purchased Real Me 11 Pro Plus mobile from Flipkart on 10.10.2023. from credit card Amy which was delivered to me on 11.10.2023. Received it on 0.023 but as the mobile was defective I asked for replacement.
On this, Flipkart has given replacement delivery date as 21st. 0. 023 was given.
But dated 16th. On 0.023, Flipkart canceled the order without any valid reason.
When I talked to customer care, they were only talking about refund and not giving me proper reply.
When I told them that if you are not providing the product then you should also refund the credit card processing fee of Rs. 278 charged with GST, then there is no solution to this matter and you are only troubling the customer.
If Flipkart is canceling the order, then Flipkart should also compensate the loss incurred by the customer, what is the fault of the customer in this?
