Due to misinformation by various customer care reps, lack of a follow up on this issue and ultimately Airtel denying responsibility for taking away 800 GB of my data and then false promising for a discount which has caused me 2 late payments as i suppose to get a discount on my bill, now Airtel is forcing me to pay the late fee charges too.

To whomsoever, this may concern,
The following is the whole issue that has been persisting because of the information provided to me and the lack of a follow up on my issue with closing my complaints without my consent and any resolution.
My number 9622980020 was affected with a loss of about 800 GB of Data, 180 GB in the beginning when I downgraded my plan and about 600 GB a week after I already had put in a complaint regarding the data lapse. I had been talking to the customer service reps and had various email threads with Airtel regarding this complaint. One of the supervisors informed me that a team concerned with this issue would call me since I shared the following information with them and they found my grievance genuine because I lost all the data by the mistake committed by a rep who downgraded my plan this data was lapsed due to misinformation by the rep I was talking to at the time of downgrading my plan and later on when I complained about it to a few other reps they misinformed me saying it was a technical glitch and I actually didn’t have that data in my account.
Following all this, it took them a month to follow up on this complaint made to the supervisor and it was incomplete as the concerned person was very ill-mannered, did not address the issue and Airtel’s fault in it so I asked to have someone else call me regarding this and I was told I’ll get another call which never happened. I was told by the supervisor that the concerned department might give me a discount on my bill and I made several calls and emails before I had to pay the bill for the same but I had no response or answered delivered to me and I paid the bill in full( without said discount). I immediately called airtel and told this to a rep in addition to this I informed them that I will be levied a charge for the late fee the next month i.e 30th July he assured me that was not the case. On 30th July I got the bill of 588 Rs 118 Rs were late fee charges, I sent in various emails for the issue with the bill, I got 0 responses and then I got a call for the payment to which I informed the person of my issue and they said yet again the concerned department will contact me, my line was barred and then later on opened for 72 hours.
I get a call from the number 8045446022 the next day informing me that my late fee charges were waived off and yet again that someone would call me for the data lapse complaint so I can pay the bill. I checked airtel ap and there was no change in the amount so I waited till the next day and there was no change again so I called Airtel again on 7th August the executives transferred my call to a female supervisor, for the lack of a better identification a Kashmir based woman as my number was in J&K. This supervisor completely denied responsibility and said they would note a complaint the executive who assured me for the waiver so I told her that was not enough that she needed to register my complaint, it appalls me but after repeatedly telling her of my issue she asked me a complaint about what and when I explained to her that I suffered a loss not just an inconvenience because of those incompatible reps she dropped the call and I had no further contact with her. So here again I made a call one of the several that I had and the rep escalated my issue but no complaint was registered and on his suggestion to a continued service I paid 470 Rs out of the bill and I was to get a call after 1 whereas I got a call at 4:30 which I missed by a minute and I called that number again but I guess those numbers are only outgoing hence I was not able to talk out.
Finally, I would want someone to respond to these complaints it’s been almost 3 months since this issue began and airtel keeps closing my complaints without resolving any single 1 of them, I am in no way responsible for these late payments it was their half-informed procrastinating mitigation of these issues that till today I have to keep emailing. Therefore I am alright with no compensation for the data since I don’t have this time to spend wasting but I will not pay these late payment charges of 30th July and in future, for 30th August since this payment was late too, it has been 3 months I would go ahead with a complaint to the depart of telecommunication if am coerced to pay any of this amount, I have already suffered for 3 months with so many unresolved complaints to Airtel that there is a loss at the decency of this matter.
