Due to Flipkarts own tech issues IDFC is going to report to CIBIL

Text of Complaint by Abhishek Bakshi:

I used Flipkart pay later option through IDFC bank and the due date was the 5th of every month but in the month of September 2022 on 5th I was not able to pay the amount due to Flipkart’s own server issue and I knew the process that’s why I immediately informed the same with Flipkart and as per Flipkart’s customer support I tried with other payment modes as well as used desktop/laptop as well but could not able to pay as the issue was still there and I check with support and they only asked for more TAT and later on just put the blame on IDFC and asked to connect with them and close my tickets and this happens multiple times with IDFC. Later in the 3rd week of the same month, I was finally able to make the payment with a penalty and also spoke with IDFC bank regarding the issues. Now, what IDFC mentioned is that its a very common problem with Flipkart and Flipkart’s other subsidiaries companies and this is not something new bur IDFC does not charge any penalty, IDFC does not block anyone’s account as they only provide lending through Flipkart. Pay later services are offered by Flipkart and they can only unlock it but due to later payment, they are bound to report to the Credit bureau. Till now Flipkart is saying that it’s their partner’s fault and they can’t do anything the issue is still pending for a long now I whenever I am calling Flipkart they are giving me lame excuses that due to Flipkart’s policy my account has been blocked and they can’t do anything if IDFC id going to report my delay payment.

Now my question is as follows:

1) Why it’s still in pending status
2) Why due to their own technical or infrastructure failure I am getting harassed and my credit scores going to hamper
3) Why did they mislead me when I had the time (IDFC mentioned that I can pay directly to them which I was not aware and no one from the Flipkart team till now mentioned it)
4) Today I got informed that my account has been blocked by IDFC bank what’s the reason for it?
5) Still now Flipkart is misleading me and just dialing my number and asking for more TAT
