Dear sir /mam ;
I am Anupam Chaurasia R/O – D 179 Shyam Park Extn Sahibabad Ghaziabad 201005 . I lost my phone on 6th May 2019 and I visited the Jio service centre located in Rajendar Nagar Sahibabad to activate my sim . But the store man refused to activate my sim due to unavailability of forms . Then next day I visited the store then they accepted my form and tell that sim will be started after a week . Then I called customer care and they told that it takes only 4 hours to activate the sim but your store keeper refused me and I didn’t get started my sim till yet .. And your store keeper also talk rudely to me .. Kindly take the strict action against them . Hope for the best from you .
