I ordered one mobile and I gave address of my home but due to covid I went to my native place and today I came ay Jaipur and told to your representative to delevier at another address but he has denied that firstly change the address and for same I am calling at customer care number 180030001584 but it is saying that use amazon apps and there is no option is reflecting of change address.
Further, I elaborated all the my suitation to your station Manager Mr. Sahil (his contact no is 7791909255). But he told that I cannot help you even I also sent him message of me new address. He told that my address is so far and his courier person can’t deliver the package and told that I can cancel my order.
I also received a call from courier person he also told that he cannot deliver on new address and told that I can cancel my order.
I also told him that today again I will go to my native place and my last bus is at 4 PM and deliver it before 4 PM and after that I will come on 25 August.
Over all no one is cooperating and such a rude behaviour even both are not bother and told that I can cancel my order.
I have never seen such type of behaviour.
Now I am saying that cancel my order and after that I will not purchase any single item from yo
