Since the lockdown started it has been a crucial time for all. There are payments which are on hold and people are not getting their salaries.
My Airtel postpaid had its due on 27th March 2020 since the pandemic strike occurred my payment got delayed but I got my bill payment done on 8th Feb 2020 which was after due
But as lockdown was something unplanned it is ur duty to understand the situation and not charge late fees. It is a humble request to wave off late fees till the lockdown continues since companies are shutting down and there is no source of income.
Please look into this matter awaiting response.
