My bill geneartes on 3 rd and email with bill attached generates on 4 th and due date was 22 nd every month till last month. Suddenly this month 4 th got email and due date was 13 th. Complaint raised and got a call from customer care saying now airtel reduced due date to 12 days from day of bill generation. Can anyone let me know how 13 th is 12 days from 3 rd or 4 th.
To my surprise ticket got closed eventhough i asked it to escalate to next level and app never allow us to raise a ticket.
