Dear sir,
My brother was in serious problem with money and he searched for loan in online he saw Ducan cash app he applied but not received and also they threatened him to pay 5000 or die he feared and asked money from me and he paid them but now they are again asking 5000 money to pay back after seeing this my brother got some mental issues and we have admitted him in hospital please take action or else my brother will die
