I have purchased One Plus mobile mobile on 3/10/2022 from my friend account, recently i realised that product what I have got is dublicate when I have visited nearby service center. So I called Amazon customer care number regarding this but there response was not happy. And they have asked to call from friend phone but whereas I am not able contact him, I can give authontication details, but Amazon people simply refusing. And i have lost my 25k
