Text of Complaint by Mahendra rohil:

1. I hold two connections of Airtel first one is 7728888675 and the other one was for data only ie 9116113546.

2 I had requested disconnection of 9116113546 someone in end Sep2018 in Airtel store located at 34, Jagdamba Towers, Vaishali Nagar Jaipur. However, I got the bill for it in end October 2018, for payment to be done by around 12 Nov .

3. I was wild with this sort of business practice. I went to the store and after lot of discussions, the manager there agreed to waive off my bill. She again took my cancellation request for the number ie 9116113546. The SR Number was 88373719 dated 01 Nov 2018.

4. My ordeal didnot end there. Again, around 24 Nov 2018 I received a bill for Rs 304. Thinking, it was some sort of mistake, I didnot respond to it, however, as earlier the number connectedc with my citibank credit card, the bill was paid automatically.

5. I called Airtel customer care at 121 and enquired about this sort of practice by the company. They told me that they had no request from anyone for stoppage of my data card number ever.

5. I immediately went to the same Airtel store and enquired with the staff and the manager. They showed me their computer and also provided me with the service request number with which they had forwarded my request ahead. They also asked me whether I had received any call from any Airtel customer care executive in October / November. I said yes and also told them about our conversation and that I had firmly told that person to stop my number. Apparently, that person changed the plan and have me some 15 days grave period which I had never asked for.

7. I am at a Los for words at this sort of malpractice by such a large company with its customers. I need my money back -Rs 304- which has been deducted by Airtel for a service I didnot want.
