i have made the payment of 3268 Rs on 28.10.2020 to airtel for airtel xstream internet and dth.The charges are 1768 rs for internet and 1500 RS for new DTH connection .they promissed me connection within 48 hours and i got connection of airtel internet after series of follow up & they have promissed me to give fiber net connection and they provided me copper cable connection .
DTH connection i have paid 1500 Rs and they have given my dth id on 5.11.2020 but no connection till now (08.11.2020)and customer executive who called me he is not picking the call and i emailed them the issue that i did not got connection yet they are resolving it.its been a 10 days and i did not got a single call from them even though i did not got the refund .
They are making us to pay first by giving false promise. airtel is a looting us . please take action on airtel. i need my money back and lot of time wasted calling n mailing them.
