Have complained about video issues on 30th aug wherein some channels were coming and some was showing error B001 wherein there was no issue with weather
engineer came and fix the fibre optical cable pin in the set up box on 30th aug and paid rs150 as visiting charges
again after 2-3 days faced same issue video was not coming in all channels and same error B001. Noticed that if I switched on the set up box it starts to work for some time them again problem persist so made complained on 12150, engineer came checked the channel and it was working ok when he came since I had switched off and on set up box sometime back told him to wait and check on 5 min he said he is new and can’t wait and gave number told me to call on that number and said the eng will come in 30 min but when I tried that number later it was wrong
so again I made complaint in 12150 engineer came but this time he said that due to construction pipe are there which is 2 km away from my dish but since it’s blocking the frequency some channel will not come dish and set up box is ok. He was the same engineer who came on 30th aug who fixed the pin he said it will be ok once the pipes are removed but when pipe is removed still problem persists so I complaint again on 18 sept engineer came and checked said set up box is ok he needs to check dish which is outside house so I told him to go to society gate and bring the seedhi along with person he didn’t go to gate but went down and came back there is none. I told him to wait for 3-5 min and person is bring he refused to wait and said I have other complaints and his manager told him to leave the engineer is from Airtel west delhi vendor sai services Najafgarh I refuse to talk to his manager and said I will talk to Airtel he said he can’t wait and once see seedhi comes he will come once I call but when I called him after 5 min to come since seedhi came he didn’t answer
again I. Called Airtel customer service and to my shock engineer cancelled by complaint without resolving. I fail to. Understand how engineer has authority to cancel complaint without resolving
again I placed the complaint and the mobile number of engineer which came on sms was switched off when I called
again around 6:45 pm I called and spoke to Airtel customer service and I was assured that matter will resolve by 10 am on 19th sept
I requested that it should since I have Pooja at home on 19th sept From 11 am
I got all at 9:17 am on 19th sept from Sai services asking about complaint and said he will send person at 12 noon but I asked him to send someone before 10:30 since I have Pooja
Then I tried calling him from 10:30 to 10:45 he didn’t answer then again I called Airtel customer service and again to my shock my xomplaint was cancelled and mentioned not allowed to come which was a lie
later after follow up and call arranged by Airtel confirmation Dept with Sai service person and he was very unprofessional and finally agreed to send person at 4 pm
but person came at 5 pm and said set up box is not working
i am fed up now
set up box was ok till 18th engineer wanted to check dish and then when other engineer checked Dish set up box was not working
I have already been harassed for 1 month wherein I can’t see any channel and Every engineer giving different story Everytime
i have already said whatever the issue is should be resolved and I will not pay any charges for replacement
I need waiver of 1 month monthly fees
I am fed up with Unprofessional services of Airtel and associated vendor sai services rude behaviour
