I would like to bring your notice for reporting gross misconduct by Airtel DTH.
I have raised a complaint on 21st March about the disruption of service for both my DTH connections.
After several emails & chasing, yesterday they have managed to send one service engineer. Unfortunately he does not have any experience of such problems & unable to fix the same. Surprisingly, Airtel sent me a message stating that the SR was closed.
To add on to that, from today morning, without any confirmation from my end they have changed my pack which has cost of around 5 times what I originally.
In summary, instead of providing service to customers for the last three months, they have charged for the same & not refunded back and on top of that, without customer consent, they have increased the DTH rent by multifold.
