Dear Sir/Madam,
I gave advance for Airtel Black Plan (Airtel DTH and broadband) on 26th September 2022.
I did not get the Broadband Installation as the person appointment told that in our area it cannot be done so you must ask for refund, so I claimed for refund immediately.
But instead of Refunding 4200 rupees then transferred all Amount into DTH, for which I am Not Interested in Continuing connection.
I already asked To Discontinue the service for whole Airtel Black Plan (Airtel DTH and broadband)
