Dear Sir / Madam ,
I wish to register my complaint , for my Airtel Digital TV : ID : 3040030240 .
I have registered complaints several times on the Airtel App / via Call centre : My complaint no : 1456322645 and 1456598815 , uptil now my DTH services are not working , I am unable to view a single channel .
The above mentioned complaints show rectified , but till date we cannot view any channel .
There was a Airtel service personnel by the name of Mr. Roshan , who came to my residence and has fraudulently take a OTP that appeared on my mothers mobile phone ( She is a senior citizen , and has poor eye sight ) , he has peeped into the phone , before my mother could view the OTP , and entered said OTP ,to show that the complaint has been resolved , this is a extreme offense , we show high regards to your service staff , since they represent a reputed company like yours , Airtel ( I have 4 mobile , 2 internet , DTH connections with Airtel ) , but never have I witnessed such a callous act .
I request you to please take up my complaint on priority and take stringent action against your employee , who can easily tarnish your company name in the Market .
