Hi,
I took a new connection from Airtel after false claims by you that I will be able to view English news channels, music channels in the package that will be free for one month.
I want to highlight that i took the connection just because i was assured that i will get English news channels and music channels in the 30 days pack after the new connection.
I am not able to view a single channel. I tried calling the customer service 198, 12150 and wrote to digital TV@airtel.in. But after calling several times only I was able to register an SR.
I was assured of getting a callback for the issue. But I didn’t get any call back and I am not able to reach the customer service after 4 attempts.
Either provide prompt assistance in resolving the issue else I will be forced to post this in social media.
