I have recharged my dth id 3026614955 on 13.04.2020 with 500 and I have got an msg from airtel stating that my dth account balance is 449 and remaining 51 rs detail don’t know. My airtel thanks app also showing the balance of 449 and my dth are not resumed. On 14.05.2020 I again recharged my dth through airtel thanks app for rs. 250. Recharge confirmation received from the airtel stating that my dth account updated balance is 699 and still my services are not resumed. Exceptions are showing like due to low balance services are not resumed. None of the customer care numbers lifting our call and customer care number also saying my dth has no balance. I have lost my 750 and got nothing.
Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis
