Dth recharged on 5th for 618/- , channels not visible, error code 4 displayed,call centre not working -asks to download app- in app service request is just closed without resolution. Checked with Amazon they say successful recharge, in airtel app last recharge details are shown but balance not updated. Channrks not displayed in tv since 5th inspite of recharge. No support.
