Text of Complaint by Hanuman Singh Chauhan:

Dear DTH Team.
This account was recharged on 16the June. Balance not credited in DTH account till date
Following is the confirmation sms recd by customer.

“Your airtel digital TV account id 03004138220 has been successfully recharged with Rs510.00 through dealer mobile no.05000361759, transaction id: 729459765.”

 

Mode of Payment: Cash

I have also registered complaint with 12150/198, airtel email support and Nodal officer.
So far no resolution given. Asking customer to visit dealer again and again. Here dealer is airtel showroom Saket Indore. They are asking customer to customer care.
