Dear Team,
Today morning i have done a recharge of Rs.370 thru Airtel Thanks App against my DTH Connection Number 3021688425.
I have also verified the amount debited from my ICICI bank account.
but i am getting message that, my DTH account is blocked due to low balance.
trying to reach customer care since morning, unable to speak to any person.
looking forward your support in resolving my issue at the earliest.
