i have recharge my airtel thanks app on 17 September for amount 3678 rupess n on that same day i have recharged my dth for 3698 rupess as 20 rupess was already in my wallet. My recharge was also not done n my wallet balance deducted I have call n complain many times but till today no response. I am even attaching message I have received from airtel for adding money to my Wallet n message received for deducted my balance. Please solve my problem soon.
