Dear Sir,
I m an airtel Black customer who has been recently transfered to Banda from Kanpur. I have lodged a request with Airtel for reinstallation of my DTH connection on 25.08.2022 and I was told that there will be no installation charges as i m having airtel black.
Your service engineer Mr. Nathu (Mo. ) Visited in the morning of 26.08.2022 and asked Rs.250/- as installation charges for the job. I told him about my plan and arrange a call with your customer care desk and the engineer. Your customer care staff try to convince him but he did not accepted neither my request for request of your customer care and ultimately leave my house without doing work of installation.
There after I have made several calls that is more than 25 times in last 7 days but the installation of my DTH is still pending. Your customer care is only telling that they are arranging call with local area manager and will reply within 2 hours, but, I am waiting and suffering like an idiot and your big company doing nothing at all.
I have called more than 205times in last 7 days and customer care persons are only lodging a new request instead dealing with the previous one and arranging the installation with the help of local staff.
Also, your service engineer is so rude and currupt that he his continuously asking money despite of the fact that no payment is due from my side.
In this situation, if india’s no. 1 mobile network provider is not concerned to 1 of its high value customer who is having total 3 postpaid connections with your company, then there is no other option than to siwth over to other service provider.
I, therefore, request you to kindly arrange to clear my bills and advisee the amount requeired to be paid so that i may port my connections to other SP VI. I have already raised request for portability through port sms.
