Hi sir I purchased a DTH connection from Airtel and I had booked through online and they stated installation will be done on next day but none of them had turned up so I tried but when I tried some executive reached my home stating as I will install but the order ID I got through online is ID-3035701089-001 but I got the executive name Tanveer Ahmed his phone number is 8884191919 he installed and took 1800 but he installed a different ID – 3035761839 So please assist weather what’s the issue u guys are fooling the consumer and doing business Please revert back for the issue none of the customer care executive are reachable And my phone number -9731187558-7892523624
