So this all started when I subscribed for an Airtel one plan (airtel black now which was earlier tagged me under platinum plan) a year back. I have got 2 postpaid connections and 1 DTH. I have taken airtel one plan in Aug 2020. It was having 2 PP connection and 1 DTH connection.
During the plan pitch, the sales team has told me that I can upgrade my existing dth box by paying just Rs 1500 only which is a security deposit and is completely refundable exactly after 1 year. The amount will get credited automatically in my airtel money wallet or will be received through cheque. The only eligibility criteria told me was to continue this one plan for 1 year and keep the services active. Now they are refusing altogether, and not even replying.
This is apparently the fraud airtel is committing to woo the new (or upgrade old) customers.
Due to this serious fraud from the airtel side I am having too much trouble and mental trauma. In addition, the airtel representatives have harassed me, passively, so much (which is still ongoing and increasing many folds each day passed) that I can’t rest properly. I want my Rs 1500 back and the compensation for everything I am facing.
However, with that being said I will keep on continuing the fight up until I get proper resolution.
