My customer id is 3029863491 for my airtel dth connection.This is the most horrible service I have faced. i thought Airtel was good but I’m wrong .No one told me to take Airtel DTH I on my own opted for this service last May . But now I feel I made a wrong choice. My recharge finish today in the morning but as I was not home i recharged it at 830pm but kept waiting for it to get updated but to no avail . balance was showing and everything but yet no avail. I called the customer care number 03344448080 and took tool free no 18001036065 like 25 times but could not get through any agent . it kept saying all are busy call again. I even tried the Airtel app put the code 6 it gave me an sms option Hr I did that also like 6 to 7 times it kept show ing account suspended even though 696 rs was showing in my account. A month back I tried to add HBO channel at 9 at night same problem I did all the needful but channel was not added but next day when I put on the tv I saw HBO was added. Are you all a 24 hr service provider or what . Your competitors provide service 24 hrs . My friends and colleagues use Tata sky, DTH etc they have never faced such issues. I am really astounded at such horrible service. I hope you all will see into this and work upon it. I have all details and screenshots if required . Even recording.
