I booked Tata sky connection as on 18/03/2022 Rs 2737.. But I requested to cancel because tata sky technician said it was not possible to install connection due to some technical reasons and told us to request for cancellation.. Regarding I applied cancellation request as on 04/05/2022. Recently Tataplay team told me that they have refunded the amount on 16/11/2022 to the agent through whom I paid. I am unable to contact Unisyn Enterprises. How can i get my amount back.?
