Dear Airtel Team,
Airtel executive took advance payment Rs 5036 for DTH and Broadband connection for 3 Months and installed only Broadband on 25th Apr.
Now after following up they are saying we can’t install DHT , but no revert on DHT refund amount we paid .
When they took advance not communicated on DTH connection , after follow up on DTH connection it was said we can’t do, this is wrong practice, not giving clear communication before taking money.
We are not interested in Airtel due to Poor communication & Service, so request to refund our paid amount after deducting Broadband connection utilized days.
