Dear sir/madam,

I would like to draw your attention towards the fact that I had ordered for one broadband connection and two dth connection on 03.07.2021 and my order id is 7728084. My broadband and one dth connection has been done in due time and I have already paid rs 500/- for the extra dth connection together with the cable chages@rs 8/- per meter but my one remaining drg connection has not yet been fixed till date. I called up at your customer care numbers several times throughout these last 10 days and my problem has not yet been resolved. The marketing person who has taken my order is also been unable to solve this matter and always asking me for time. Your customer care person gave me a number 9859225496 and asked me to call this person if my problem is not resolved. But to my utter shock instead of resolving my problem he misbehaved with me over the phone and when I asked for his name he abused me.
I am quite shock towards such attitude of airtel and your baseless television advertisement where you claim that to adhere to customer complaints instantly.
I have the second dth box with me and now again a call comes from your end that they will pick up the dth box from my resident. Daily I am getting several calls from the company and everyone is passing the call to other person without talking the responsibility on his/her shoulder. I am too tired in calling to your customer care numbers repeatedly.
If things drags on like this then I’ll will be then bound to take some harsh steps against you for my mental harassment as well as fake commitments promised boldly from your ends.
Please resolve my problem and I request you not to tell me to make any call to any of your customer care or technical person or any concerned person numbers.
