I have been to airtel office in tolichowki branch for new dth connection 2 weeks back and till now there is no response from the manager of tolichowki branch. Rather his behaviour towards the customers are pathetic.. for network issue he asked me to change the network rather than helping me and for dth he simply didn’t even responded to me and was busy on his personal call for almost half hour.
