I booked a dth connection through the customer care service of Airtel itself. I ordered a HD box. When the installation person came in he took the mkney of HD box but installed SD box. I raised a complain to airtel not once but more than 10 times. niether the box is changed till date neither have I received any call back from them. the box was bought in august 2019.
2nd Complain: I got my DTH plan changed to 187 sames was initiated to me through msg. But now they are saying including taxes 187 plan is total of Rs 360. seriously. are they charging taxes more than the actual plan. Again multiple complains and no response as usual.
3rd Complain – Mobile phone. In august 2018 I raised a complain for network issue. Till date no resolution.
Airtel is fraud. No senior is ever available to talk if one needs to. Customer care keeps uou on hold for 15min to 30 min with no resolution except you will get a call back and as usual no call.
DTH is something you cannot port so they are least interested in your concerns.
