My work order no is 520514, and customer id is 1002914149, and service request no is 467718. But till date connection is not installed. When I call customer care they called please wait for seven days your request is under proses this happen again and again. Even my payment is done 12th October 2018.
When I requested to customer care to cancelled my order and refund my payment they said this is not possible.
Even they don’t reply any mail.
