I had subscribed for DTH and broadband service of Airtel and had already paid the amount of 4000/- for 3 months airtel black plan on 6th nov. Despite commitment my airtel fibre installation was not done on time and I was continuously given false commitment by the airtel agent and the technical team. One of the agents came to install the DTH but even the HD channels were not running on the DTH plan throughout the day and the technical team did not respond to it untill I filed a complaint with one of the managers from airtel. Despite repeated assurances, Fibre installation was not done. Later when I requested to cancel the plan and process for refund, my query was not entertained. On 7th of november, I received multiple calls from airtel regarding the same and trying to convince for availing the services, but the poor treatment by the team had been very disappointing. I had to do excessive follow-up so as to get my fibre installed but still nobody from the technic team contacted or came for installation. I had also visited airtel office at Orbit mall, vijaynagar, indore to cancel my subscription, but there also they bluffed me and did not cancel my request and just put a complaint of delayed installation in my account.
This is perceived as extremely poor service and malicious intentions by the customer as initially the airtel team did not provide adequate service and then they were just trying to waste my time and money so that they do not have to refund it. I request you to kindly help me so as to get my subscription cancelled my subscription and receive the refund.
