I had purchased an item form Amazon. The Amazon seller had shipped the product using DTDC courier and had updated the Tracking ID D12092726 on 20th March 2023.
I had called the DTDC customer care and also raised a query regarding the status of my order.
There has been no reply or update from DTDC and they are also not responding to the email queries.
