I ordered a pick up on MyDTDC app on August 11, 2022. But pick up was not collected even after 2 days. So I cancelled my order on AUGUST 14 2022.
As per the MyDTDC app refund should be transferred by 5 to 7 business days. But today it is August 29, 2022 still I didn’t receive my refund. I have called to customer care almost 4 times but no response. Every time I call they say “will refund in 5 to 7 business days”. Refund amount is 350 rupees. For the delay I may request the penalty.
