I had ordered a product that is being delivered by DTDC. A delivery attempt was made in November end in which the residents were in the house during the time of delivery as shown by the dtdc database but it shows that no one was there to receive the order even though no delivery attempt was actually made. The package was returned to the seller, repaid the delivery amount and now after out for delivery it shows Not Delivered(AREA NON SERVICEABLE-(DIR)). The order tracking number is Z93376323. This has happened twice. The product that was supposed to be delivered last month is still not delivered because of DTDC.
