I had sent my LAPTOP through DTDC on 19th of October 2022. I opted for air carrier as it was urgent. I was supposed to receive it on 22nd October 2022. Till date I have not received the shipment. And when I am calling the DTDC customer care number, the executives have no answer. They disconnect the call and moreover no senior person takes the call. This is highly unprofessional and wrong claims. They advertise themselves as the so called “premium courier service” and “Most Preferred Courier Company in India”; this is a false claim. I am in loss. Who will bare it?
