My medicine were to be delivered within Agra. It was booked by DTDC on 29th November.
I am supposed to go to Bangalore on 13th. I even offered them to pick it up from hub if they provide me the location
I call customer service each day and they just say it will be delivered next day but hasn’t been delivered yet
