DTDC courier team has not delivered my parcel as it is there in the office of dtdc in ghatkopar branch then i called to one of the executive in the office whose number is mentioned below 8249779302 at Morning 10.40 and he started using foul language started speaking worse and stated abusive and even the executive told me that he is from head office as a consumer i request for the strict action against the team .. where my dtdc tracking id is V92829458
