Took DTDC service to parcel new TV from Ranchi to Banglore. DTDC charged me ₹3200 for delivery. During transportation due to carelessness of DTDC My new TV(40” inch MI) screen got broken. Now DTDC is not taking responsibility and not taking action for the same. They took ₹3200 and my new TV, break it and delivers me. This in total costs me ₹26200 (TV cost ₹23000 and courier charge ₹3200). Looking for help here.
