on 26th july ,package was given to DTDC in bangalore to deliver to chirala , till now it didn’t received. Shipment tracking shows banglore to ongole then ongole to chennai then chennai to bangalore then bangalore to ongole , don’t know what they are doing in between.
Please take necessary action.

on 21 July, I send a courier containing food item from Dehradun to deliver to Jaipur. when i tracked my order it show the package was in Ahemdabad,I called to customer care number they said the package was sent to the wrong route and I didn’t receive it to date, now I am asking for a return. I don’t know how to react to this kind of deficiency in service. please take the necessary action against them. i don’t know where exactly my package was.
