I have to receive parcels through ddc.
Destination dtdc franchise updated in the online statue coustomer refused receive.
I am the receiving person I haven’t been refused and they didn’t even attempt to deliver.
Till today I haven’t received parcels.
I have raised complaint and called to dtdc no action been taken and not been responded to my query
