I booked 2 kg sweets to deliver through DTDC to Aligarh UP from Greater Noida but these were redirected to Lucknow by DTDC and took 8 days to reach Aligarh and were delivered on 1st May 2023 whereas I was promised by agent to deliver within 24 hr of 24 April 2023. As a result got loss of Rs. 2000/- towards cost of sweets and Rs 360 towards courier charges since sweets got spoiled on the way and delayed delivery.
Wrote to DTDC but of no avail as well as agent is not responing.
